Scope

This policy covers the public programming tutorials and content pages at www.honeysuck.xyz, provided by the Honeysuck website operator. Reading the current public tutorials does not require registration, payment details or a personal profile.

Browsing and search information

When you visit, your browser sends infrastructure information such as your IP address, request time, requested URL, browser information and potentially the referring page. Server or security-service logs may record this information to deliver pages, diagnose failures and prevent abuse.

Search terms are submitted in the URL q parameter and may appear in browser history and access logs. Do not enter passwords, identity-document numbers or other sensitive information in search. Language selection uses the lang URL parameter.

Cookies and local storage

The current custom frontend does not use preference cookies or localStorage to remember the selected language. Infrastructure, security services or administration sign-in may use necessary session and security cookies; these purposes differ from advertising tracking.

Examples such as to-do lists, progress boards and expense notebooks may store practice data in localStorage for the origin where you run copied code. Reading a code listing does not execute it. You can remove that origin’s data in your browser; deleted data may not be recoverable.

Contact information and purposes

When you email us, we receive your sender address, message and any attachments you choose to provide. We use them to answer questions and handle corrections, copyright or privacy requests. Send only necessary information, not passwords or unnecessary identity documents.

Service providers and external links

Hosting, network delivery, security and email providers may process information necessary to deliver their services. External documentation links lead to third-party sites governed by their own privacy rules. No advertising or marketing analytics scripts have been added to the current custom frontend.

Advertising and your choices

The current custom frontend has no Google advertising code. The following information applies if Google AdSense is enabled; advertising-related processing begins only when the relevant service is activated. We will keep this notice aligned with the actual services used.

When Google ads are enabled, third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies to serve ads based on previous visits to this website or other websites. Google advertising cookies allow Google and its partners to serve ads based on such visits. Where consent is required, the relevant processing is subject to the choices presented to you.

You can manage personalized advertising through Google My Ad Center and find participating third-party opt-out choices at YourAdChoices. Learn how Google uses information on partner sites in Google’s explanation. Opting out of personalization does not necessarily remove all advertising.

Before activating advertising, we will identify the applicable ad providers and provide the required consent and withdrawal controls for the regions served. Contact [email protected] with privacy questions. This notice does not claim that an advertising consent interface is currently active.

Retention and security

Contact records are retained for their purpose and deleted or de-identified when no longer needed, subject to legal retention requirements. Technical-log retention depends on the relevant system configuration and provider; contact us about records relevant to you. Retention periods may differ by the type of record and provider. Contact us for information about records relevant to your request.

Do not submit sensitive credentials in public exercises or messages. We use safeguards appropriate to the service, including access restrictions, but no network transmission or storage is absolutely secure.

Your choices and requests

You can clear browsing history, cookies and example-related local storage, and email us to request information about, correction of or deletion of your information, or exercise other applicable privacy rights. Identify relevant pages, dates and the request. We may request only information necessary to verify it and will handle it within applicable requirements.

Minors and policy updates

This site provides general programming education. Minors should use it with guardian guidance and avoid sending identifying information. Guardians may contact us about relevant requests. Before introducing accounts, payments or new data-processing features, we will update relevant notices and provide required information and choices where applicable.
